                Wendy Thomas

                President and Chief Executive Officer

                Wendy Thomas, Secureworks President and CEO

                As President and CEO, Wendy Thomas leads Secureworks to fulfill our purpose of securing human progress via innovative, battle-tested security solutions. She first joined Secureworks in 2008 leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), where she helped to execute strategic acquisitions that scaled the business and Secureworks’ IPO in 2016. As Strategy lead and Chief Product Officer, she developed the vision for Secureworks’ future, fueling the team that built and launched Secureworks® Taegis. Most recently, Wendy served as President of Customer Success, where she drove a customer-centric approach to help organizations achieve better security outcomes. In this role, Wendy was recognized in the number one position in The Software Report’s “Top 25 Women Leaders in Cybersecurity of 2021.”

                Wendy leverages over 25 years of experience in strategic and functional leadership roles, and has worked across multiple technology-driven companies such as FirstData, BellSouth, and Internap Network Services, Inc. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs, and she holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina School of Business.

                Mike Aiello

                Chief Technology Officer

                Mike Aiella, Chief Technology Officer of Secureworks

                As Chief Technology Officer, Mike Aiello leads Secureworks’ long-term technology vision to define the next horizon, fuel innovation, and champion customers’ needs to effectively protect their organizations.

                Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus in cloud security, privacy, risk management, large scale infrastructure security, machine learning and fraud protection. Prior to Secureworks, Mike was Chief Product Officer for HUMAN Security, where he helped to double the company’s growth rate in 2021. Previously, Mike served as CEO of AppGate, as Director of Product Management for Google Cloud Security, and as Chief Information Security Officer at Goldman Sachs. Mike earned an MBA from the University of Oxford and a M.S. and B.S. Computer Science, with a focus on Information Assurance, from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. He serves on several cybersecurity, technology and investment company boards in the US and Canada, and has authored numerous patents related to cybersecurity and privacy.

                Ian Bancroft

                SVP & Chief Revenue Officer

                Ian Bancroft, Chief Sales Officer

                Ian Bancroft is SVP & Chief Revenue Officer for Secureworks and leads the company’s global sales organization. Bancroft joined Secureworks in 2016 and was previously Vice President and General Manager of the company’s EMEA operation. In that role he developed and executed go to market strategy for the region, exceeding market growth rates while also being responsible for building strong customer relationships, channel and strategic partners. Ian has more than 25 years of broad-based experience in the IT industry, including software, hardware and services with a focus on cybersecurity. Before joining Secureworks he was EMEA Sales Director for Security Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he led cross functional teams to grow both customer footprint and new business across multiple vertical sectors. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Psychology.

                Steve Fulton

                Chief Product Officer

                Steve Fulton, Vice President of Product at Secureworks

                Steve is Chief Product Officer at Secureworks and leads the software engineering, product management, pricing and packaging, and voice of customer organizations – all in service of protecting our customers. Steve has held a number of leadership positions with companies such as Dell, EMC, ScaleIO, ServiceMesh and more. He holds Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degrees from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas.

                George Hanna

                George Hanna, Chief Legal Officer at Secureworks

                George Hanna has served as Secureworks’ Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since October 2015. As Chief Legal Officer, George is responsible for managing all of Secureworks’ legal and compliance, human resources, facilities, corporate security, and internal audit functions. Prior to joining Secureworks in 2015, George was the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for YP Holdings, one of the country’s largest digital media companies, from January 2013 to October 2015. Prior to that, George served in various leadership roles at Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, from July 2007 to January 2013, including as the Chief Executive Officer of Wellmark Health Plan of Iowa and as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Legal Officer for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. He was also previously employed at BellSouth Corporation from February 1995 to July 2007, where he held senior legal roles including a position as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. George earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.

                Barry Hensley

                Barry Hensley, Chief Threat Intelligence Officer at Secureworks

                Col. (USA, Retired) Barry Hensley leads Secureworks' Counter Threat Unit™ (CTU).

                The CTU™ is an expert group of security researchers who identify and analyse emerging threats while developing advanced countermeasures to protect our clients. Additionally, the Global Incident Response team is comprised of world-class security experts that provide a portfolio of both proactive and reactive services in order to support our customers’ security posture. Barry’s organization also works closely with the senior security analyst teams embedded in our Security Operations Centers (SOCs) worldwide, in order to ensure they understand the latest threats.

                Barry is the former Director of the Army's Global Network Operations and Security Center (AGNOSC). He served in various leadership positions at all levels within the communications and information security career field throughout his 24+ year Army career, including combat deployments in Saudi Araba, Kuwait, Somalia, and Iraq.

                Barry holds a BBA in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University, an M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the National War College.

                Tracey Mustacchio

                Chief Marketing Officer

                Tracey Mustacchio, Chief Marketing Officer at Secureworks

                Tracey Mustacchio joined Secureworks as Chief Marketing Officer in 2021, with responsibility for leading global marketing strategy, including demand generation, product and field marketing, brand marketing, channel marketing and corporate communications.

                Tracey has a well-established record of leadership at the intersection of cybersecurity, information management and data analytics. She has led transformation and growth strategies for McAfee, Nuance, and Secure Software, as well as global go-to-market for IBM’s Big Data portfolio. Prior to Secureworks, she led marketing for Carbonite and Webroot, taking them through their successful acquisition by Opentext.

                Tracey is an accomplished marketing leader and innovator who relentlessly focuses on customers and data to forge new pathways and drive measured results. She’s known for pushing organizational boundaries in the pursuit of better customer experience, building high performance teams, and driving go-to-market and product transformations to accelerate company growth. Tracey is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College and a Wesleyan Scholar. She received degrees in Math/Computer Science and Philosophy.

                Paul Parrish

                Chief Financial Officer

                Paul Parrish, Chief Financial Officer

                Paul Parrish is Chief Financial Officer of Secureworks and leads the company’s financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, financial operations, accounting and investor relations. The Global Program Management Office also is part of Paul’s organization. Prior to joining Secureworks, he was CFO of CIOX Health, LLC, a $680 million health information management company where he led a $65 million acquisition and helped transition the company’s core business from services to SaaS. Paul has 24 years of C-level financial leadership experience and a strong background in software, services, reseller arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Before CIOX he was CFO of both public and private companies including: Brightree LLC, a cloud-based software and services platform for post-acute healthcare; US Security Associates, Inc. with annual revenues of $1.3 billion; and S1 Corporation, a public company selling software and professional services to the financial technology sector. Before that he spent 13 years at accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Georgia and Alabama.

                Joe Strathmann

                Joe Strathmann, VP Global Operations at Secureworks

                As VP of Global Operations, Joe Strathmann is responsible for customer success, global customer service, and the delivery of our security products and modular service options. His team includes Secureworks’ Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Center of Excellence (SCoE), Customer Advocacy, and Secureworks Taegis™ ManagedXDR delivery teams. Joe joined Secureworks in 2015 with over 20 years of operations experience leading customer-facing IT service delivery teams at Dell Technologies, focused on operational efficiency, automation, and partner management. He also served as Director of Global Recycling at Dell where he expanded their industry-leading consumer recycling service and led the Computer Aided Design team in Product Development. Joe earned his BA from Brown University and his MBA from the University of Texas with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Environmental Management.
