                Michael R. Cote

                Chief Executive Officer

                Michael R. Cote, President, Chief Executive Officer of Secureworks

                Mike Cote is the Chief Executive Officer of Secureworks and a member of its Board of Directors. He has been serving as CEO since February 2002. He was the chairman from 2002 to 2011 through the acquisition by Dell in February of 2011. He has led the company through its growth and IPO from less than $1 million in annual revenue to $553 million on a GAAP basis in fiscal year 2020. It is now recognized as one of the leading security companies in the world. Prior to joining Secureworks, Mike held executive positions with Talus Solutions, a pricing and revenue management software firm, and MSI Solutions, a web application development and systems integration company, as well as international assignments with KPMG early in his career.

                Mike believes in a leadership style marked by open communication, high integrity, and a customer-centric philosophy, which extends beyond Secureworks to his work on the board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the board of regents at Boston College, the board of trustees at Marist School, and the board of directors at Extrahop. Mike is a graduate of Boston College with a double major in computer science and accounting, as well as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Business Executives for National Security.

                Wendy Thomas, President of Customer Success

                Secureworks’ President Wendy Thomas champions our company’s drive to provide innovative, best-in-class security solutions that sit at the heart of our customers’ security operations. She leads the Customer Success organization, which encompasses product and engineering, operations, customer experience, and Secureworks’ threat intelligence-focused Counter Threat Unit™, driving Secureworks’ strategic transformation to a software-driven company with security at its core.

                Wendy leverages more than 25 years of experience in strategic and functional leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Product Officer, and VP Strategy and M&A. She’s worked across multiple industries at companies such as FirstData, Bell South, and Internap Network Services, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs, and she holds an International MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business.

                Ian Bancroft

                Chief Sales Officer

                Ian Bancroft, Chief Sales Officer

                Ian Bancroft is Chief Sales Officer for Secureworks and leads the company’s global sales organization. Bancroft joined Secureworks in 2016 and was previously Vice President and General Manager of the company’s EMEA operation. In that role he developed and executed go to market strategy for the region, exceeding market growth rates while also being responsible for building strong customer relationships, channel and strategic partners. Ian has more than 25 years of broad-based experience in the IT industry, including software, hardware and services with a focus on cybersecurity. Before joining Secureworks he was EMEA Sales Director for Security Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he led cross functional teams to grow both customer footprint and new business across multiple vertical sectors. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Psychology.

                Steve Fulton

                Steve Fulton, Vice President of Product at Secureworks

                As part of the Customer Success Organization, Steve Fulton leads the global Product Management and Engineering Organization. Steve’s team is made up of the software engineers, data scientists and product managers working on revolutionizing the cybersecurity industry. Steve has held a number of engineering, product development and business development roles with companies such as Dell, EMC, ScaleIO, ServiceMesh and more. Steve holds Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degrees from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas.

                George Hanna

                George Hanna is responsible for managing all of Secureworks’ legal and compliance, human resources, facilities, corporate security, internal audit and IT functions. Prior to joining Secureworks in 2015, George was the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for YP Holdings, one of the largest digital media companies in the U.S. Prior to that, George was Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and was the Chief Legal Counsel for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. He was also the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for BellSouth. George earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.

                Barry Hensley

                Chief Threat Intelligence Officer

                Barry Hensley, Chief Threat Intelligence Officer at Secureworks

                Col. (USA, Ret.) Barry Hensley leads Secureworks' Counter Threat Unit™ (CTU) and our Incident Response teams as part of the Secureworks' Customer Success Organization.

                The CTU™ is an expert group of security researchers who identify and analyze emerging threats while developing countermeasures to protect our customers.

                The Securework's global Incident Response team is comprised of world-class security experts that provide both proactive services (response planning, exercises, preparedness assessments) and reactive support (compromise, breach or security incident).

                Barry's teams also works closely with our senior security analysts teams embedded in our Security Operations Centers (SOC) worldwide to ensure they understand the latest threats impacting our customers.

                Barry is also the former Director of the Army's Global Network Operations and Security Center (AGNOSC), currently U.S. Army Cyber Command. Barry served in various leadership positions at all levels within the communications and information security career field throughout his 24-year Army career. Barry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University, a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the National War College.

                Tracey Mustacchio

                Tracey Mustacchio, Chief Marketing Officer at Secureworks

                Tracey Mustacchio joined Secureworks as Chief Marketing Officer in 2021, with responsibility for leading global marketing strategy, including demand generation, product and field marketing, brand marketing, channel marketing and corporate communications.

                Tracey has a well-established record of leadership at the intersection of cybersecurity, information management and data analytics. She has led transformation and growth strategies for McAfee, Nuance, and Secure Software, as well as global go-to-market for IBM’s Big Data portfolio. Prior to Secureworks, she led marketing for Carbonite and Webroot, taking them through their successful acquisition by Opentext.

                Tracey is an accomplished marketing leader and innovator who relentlessly focuses on customers and data to forge new pathways and drive measured results. She’s known for pushing organizational boundaries in the pursuit of better customer experience, building high performance teams, and driving go-to-market and product transformations to accelerate company growth. Tracey is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College and a Wesleyan Scholar. She received degrees in Math/Computer Science and Philosophy.

                Paul Parrish

                Paul Parrish, Chief Financial Officer

                Paul Parrish is Chief Financial Officer of Secureworks and leads the company’s financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, financial operations, accounting and investor relations. The Global Program Management Office also is part of Paul’s organization. Prior to joining Secureworks, he was CFO of CIOX Health, LLC, a $680 million health information management company where he led a $65 million acquisition and helped transition the company’s core business from services to SaaS. Paul has 24 years of C-level financial leadership experience and a strong background in software, services, reseller arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Before CIOX he was CFO of both public and private companies including: Brightree LLC, a cloud-based software and services platform for post-acute healthcare; US Security Associates, Inc. with annual revenues of $1.3 billion; and S1 Corporation, a public company selling software and professional services to the financial technology sector. Before that he spent 13 years at accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Georgia and Alabama.

                Maureen Perrelli

                Maureen Perrelli, Chief Channel Officer

                Maureen Perrelli, Chief Channel Officer, leads the development and execution of a broader Secureworks channel engagement strategy, with a focus on accelerating go-to-market opportunities with the Dell Technologies family. Maureen joins Secureworks from NCR Corporation where she held the position of Vice President of Global Channel Sales. Prior to NCR, Maureen held senior leadership Channel Sales roles with Oracle, GE and spent over 15 years with EMC. She has over 20 years experience leading global go-to-market organizations ranging from $200M to $4B in revenue.
